Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship exclusively to Spain (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) and Portugal.
- Included destinations: Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.
- Excluded destinations: We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla due to customs-related restrictions affecting food and cosmetic products.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated transparently based on the total weight of the parcel and the delivery destination.
- FREE Shipping: Shipping is free for orders over €32.95 (product value including VAT) within Mainland Spain.
- Orders below €32.95: The following rates apply depending on weight and destination:

3. GLUCO PASS SERVICE
Gluco Pass is our premium subscription service for returning customers. By subscribing, the customer agrees to the following terms:
- Included Shipping: Free shipping on all orders throughout the duration of the subscription, with no minimum purchase requirement.
- Geographical Limitations: Valid exclusively for Mainland Spain (the Balearic Islands are excluded).
- Fair Use Policy: Limited to a maximum of 3 orders per calendar month per customer.
- Personal Use Only: The service is personal and non-transferable. Commercial use or resale activities will result in immediate cancellation without entitlement to a refund.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery dates displayed on our website are estimates for Mainland Spain shipments and are based on stock availability and the working calendar of Málaga (our headquarters).
- Dispatch Commitment: Orders containing in-stock products with payment confirmation received on a business day before 14:30 (Málaga local time) will be dispatched the same day.

Transit Times
- Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal: 24 business hours after dispatch from our warehouse (via Nacex).
- Balearic Islands: 48 to 72 business hours.
- Local Public Holidays: We cannot anticipate local public holidays in every delivery area. If a public holiday falls in your locality, delivery will take place on the next working day.
- Liability: GlucoTienda shall not be responsible for delays caused by public holidays at the destination, force majeure events, or errors in the delivery address provided by the customer.
5. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the parcel arrives in good condition.
- Visible Damage: If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt (for example: "Package damaged") and notify us within 24 hours by email at info@glucotienda.com.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier may make a second attempt or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point in accordance with its service policy.
