Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING AREAS

We ship to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Mainland Portugal, and countries within the European Union.

Included areas: Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Mainland Portugal, and European Union member countries.

Excluded areas: We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla due to customs complexities related to food and cosmetic products.

Important: Shipments to European Union countries outside Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal are subject to specific shipping rates and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated transparently based on the total package weight and destination.

FREE Shipping:
Shipping is free for orders over €36.95 (product amount including VAT) exclusively for Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal.

Orders not eligible for free shipping:
The following shipping rates apply depending on weight and destination.

Rates for Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal:

  • Up to 2 kg: €4.95

  • From 2.01 kg to 5 kg: €5.95

  • From 5.01 kg to 10 kg: €6.95

  • From 10.01 kg to 15 kg: €8.95

  • From 15.01 kg to 20 kg: €10.95

Rates for the Balearic Islands:

  • Up to 4.99 kg: €11.55

  • From 5 kg to 9.99 kg: €16.52

  • From 10 kg to 14.99 kg: €20.94

  • From 15 kg to 20 kg: €25.77

European Union Rates:
Shipping rates for European Union countries are calculated automatically during checkout based on destination country, total order weight, and selected shipping service.

3. GLUCO PASS SERVICE

Gluco Pass is our premium subscription service for recurring customers. By subscribing, users agree to the following conditions:

Included Shipments: The subscription includes up to 2 free shipments per calendar month, with no minimum order value required.

Geographical Limitations: Valid exclusively for Mainland Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, Mainland Portugal, and all other European Union countries).

Fair Use Policy: Limited to a maximum of 3 orders per calendar month per customer.

Personal Use: The service is personal and non-transferable. Commercial or resale use will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery dates shown on the website are estimates based on stock availability and Málaga’s business calendar (our headquarters).

Dispatch Commitment:
Orders for in-stock items with payment confirmed on a business day before 1:30 PM (Málaga time) will be shipped the same day.

Transit Times:

  • Mainland Spain: 24 business hours after dispatch (via Nacex)
  • Mainland Portugal: Delivery normally takes 1 business day after dispatch from our warehouse (via Nacex). However, due to compliance with the European regulations on drivers' driving and rest times (Regulation (EU) 2020/1054), effective from 1 July 2026, delivery may occasionally take up to 2 business days.
  • Balearic Islands: 48 to 72 business hours
  • European Union: 1 to 5 business days depending on destination country and selected shipping service

Local Holidays:
We cannot anticipate local holidays in each delivery area. If there is a public holiday in your location, delivery will be made on the next business day.

Liability:
GlucoTienda is not responsible for delays caused by public holidays at destination, force majeure, logistics incidents, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. ORDER DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for checking that the package arrives in good condition.

Visible Damage:
If you notice damage to the packaging, please note it on the courier’s delivery receipt (example: “Package damaged”) and notify us within 24 hours at info@glucotienda.com.

Absence at Delivery Address:
After a failed delivery attempt, the courier may make a second attempt or leave the package at a nearby collection point according to their service policy.
